The president of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences (HUMS) announced the conclusion of the cooperation agreement between Hamadan University of Medical Sciences and Abu Ali Sina Medical University of Tajikistan and said:

On Wednesday, August 21, 2024 Dr. Mohammad Mehdi Majzoubi, in a joint meeting with the Vice President of Technology and Research of the Medical University of Tajikistan, stated that there is a deep scientific relation between Iran and Tajikistan, and he stated: We agree with the cooperation between Hamadan University of Medical Sciences and the Abu-Ali Sina Medical University of Tajikistan, and we hope that communication Science and technology between the two universities should be strengthened.

Dr. Majzoubi emphasized in this meeting, which was planned and held by the Vice-chancellor for International affairs at HUMS, that research should be problem-oriented and able to solve the problems of the two universities in the various fields of health.

He said: Congresses in various fields of education, health and treatment are empty and we hope to be able to hold effective and useful conferences in various fields with the cooperation of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences.

Dr. Dejion Mukhabbatzoda stated that it has been more than 85 years since the construction of medical sciences in Tajikistan, and noted that the University of Medical Sciences has the capacity and potential to carry out applied research with Hamadan University of Medical Sciences in various fields of research, technology, health and treatment.

Before this meeting, the vice president of research and innovation of Tabib University of Tajikistan visited the science and technology park of the university and had a close look at knowledge-based companies and manufactured products.
