The second consultation meeting regarding the problems of international students in Hamadan province was held in the office of security, law enforcement, nationals and foreign immigrants in Hamedan governorate. In this meeting, Dr. Ali-Reza Soltanian, the international vice president of the UMSHA, was present the demand of international students. The international vice-chancellor of the UMSHA expressed some obstacles in the direction of student affairs and stressed that in order to get rid of such problems, the laws should be implemented in the same way in the whole country and each province should not interpret the laws separately.
In this meeting, which was held on Monday, September 16, 2024, international directors of universities and directors of security and law enforcement forces also mentioned the problems of foreign students.
In this meeting, solutions to solve the problems were expressed and it was decided that several meetings and coordinations are necessary to solve the problems.
