General Admission Requirements for International Students

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with a suitable GPA (preferably above 14 out of 20 or its international equivalent).

Medical Degrees: For MBBS, Dentistry, Pharmacy and Paramedical Degrees, a Diploma in Experimental Sciences or equivalent is required.

Language of Instruction: The main language of instruction at Hamadan University of Medical Sciences is Persian, but some courses may be offered in English. Students must have a certificate of proficiency (Persian or English) from the language provider participating in the prerequisite language courses

Age requirement: Usually between 18 and 25 years old for admission to medical and allied fields (may vary for some fields.

• Completed application form (Application Form)
• Diploma and transcripts (official translation into Persian or English with verification by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
• Valid passport (valid for at least 2 years)
• Personal photo (with a white background, recent)
• Language certificate (Persian or English - if available)
• Medical health certificate
• Application fee payment receipt
• Motivation letter or letter of purpose (Statement of Purpose) - required for some fields
