On the first day of the new academic year, Dr. Babak Yousefi, accompanied by the executive team of his office, visited the International Affairs Office of the university to review existing processes and challenges. According to the Public Relations Office of the International Affairs Office, during this visit, Dr. Yousefi, along with Dr. Taghavi, his executive assistant, became acquainted with various processes within the office. In this program, Dr. Yousefi and Dr. Taghavi examined the processes related to the admission of international students. They discussed mechanisms to enhance interactions with neighboring countries in the context of health tourism. Dr. Yousefi emphasized the importance of these interactions and highlighted the necessity of strengthening collaborations and creating new opportunities for students and the university. Additionally, the challenges and issues within the international domain were addressed during the visit. Dr. Alireza Soltanian, Vice President for International Affairs, presented a report on the current status and plans, outlining possible solutions to these challenges. He underscored the significance of international collaborations and their role in enhancing the university's educational and research quality. Dr. Yousefi thanked the International Affairs Office and all staff members for their hard work during the visit. He emphasized the need to maintain these efforts to reach the university's longterm goals.
