The Public Relations Office of the International Affairs Department of Hamadan reported that a memorandum signing meeting was held with the presence of Dr. Bouraghi, the university's Director of International Relations Development, along with Dr. Saeed Bilal and Dr. Farhad Zadeh from the Institute of Postgraduate Education in Healthcare of Tajikistan. The importance of utilizing current resources to enhance partnerships and cooperation was highlighted at the meeting.

The discussion included the exchange of students and faculty, the organization of joint conferences, and the execution of collaborative research projects. Following the introduction of the existing potential within each institution, detailed discussions regarding these topics took place.

 

This memorandum, aimed at enhancing the level of education and research in the field of health and medicine, encompasses the general principles of cooperation, shared objectives, and the procedural framework, all of which were mutually agreed upon by the parties involved.
